String Cheese

Can I just say one thing random to start things off? String cheese is very different when you eat it straight out of the fridge, as opposed to eating it while it's been in your desk all morning. I'm not sure which way I like it better.

I prefer cold, not warm. I used to take it to school in my lunch, and after half a day, it was pretty gross. It gets too instable and mushy. Thanks for starting us off on the right track!

I guess I'm gross because I sort of like it warm. It's easier to peel. We're talking about four hours out of the fridge. I just realized there is a fridge in my room though so I guess I'll start putting it in there. I don't want to risk a friendship over string cheese!

I just checked out your blog, and now I'm testing to see if I'm allowed to post. On the topic of unrefrigerated dairy, though, I used to take yogurt in my cold lunch (instead of the standard sandwich) and that wasn't bad lukewarm. But string cheese...needs to be cold.

I enjoy yogurt with granola mixed in. That was a little something I came up with in good ole' Brough Commons one day. I stopped doing that when the "grape" yogurt looked a little brown one day. Leave it to Brough. Thanks for checking us out Thunderberg.
